If you are not satisfied with the E-Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.

Audio Course

The Audio Course may be returned for a full refund if all materials are returned to NCLNC in the original condition within fourteen (14) days of payment.

Video Course

The Video Course may be returned for a full refund if all materials are returned to NCLNC in the original condition within fourteen (14) days of payment.

Live Course

If you attend the live course and are not satisfied for any reason, return your materials by the beginning of the first break and you'll receive a full refund of your registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seminars

Telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations received four weeks prior to the live course receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after four weeks and up to seven days prior to the live course are assessed a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received seven days prior to the live course or “no shows” are nonrefundable. Registration fees are transferable, upon request, to an upcoming live course within the same calendar year or to another participant.
