About NCLNC
History
The National Center for Legal Nurse Consulting (NCLNC) was founded by Elizabeth G. Rudolph, JD, MSN, RN. Ms. Rudolph realized that the options for nurses looking to become Legal Nurse Consultants were limited and costly, in both time and money. She took it upon herself to develop a program that was thorough, affordable and that nurses could complete at their own pace.
She began by offering Live Courses and online courses to become a Professional Legal Nurse Consultant
TM. Soon, it became evident that the demand for alternative learning methods was high. She responded by adding new ways to earn PLNC
TM certification, such as the PLNC
TM Audio Course. Then, in order to further help Professional Legal Nurse Consultant
TMs succeed, she pioneered the Virtual Internship and began offering one-on-one, unlimited Mentoring.
Today, NCLNC is growing rapidly as the need for legal nurse consultants increases. Our fully searchable directory is frequently reviewed by attorneys and prospective employers to locate Professional Legal Nurse Consultant
TMs. Our catalog of continuing education courses is being expanded to include courses specific to the fields of workers' compensation and personal injury, as well as addressing the ever-changing medical malpractice landscape.
